I used Schwanz Construction for a project a few weeks ago.  Called to get a quote, they were able to show up two days later.  Promised me the quote in three days, but gave it to me the next day. They were able to start the actual work a week later.  Work was perfect. Even had a crew come in a few days after to verify my satisfaction. This company came to our home, scraped and painted all of our exterior woodwork.  They did a fantastic job.  We did a walk around and found a few spots that needed to be touched up.
